Bookings

Manage and review your bookings in the app under your bookings list. If a booking didn't go as expected, contact us with the booking details and we'll look into it.

Payments & refunds

Booking payments are processed securely via Stripe. In-app purchases (such as the verification fee and venue advertising subscription) are billed through the App Store. For purchase issues, use Restore Previous Purchase in the app where available, or email us. Apple may also provide refund options for in-app purchases.

Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and associated data from within the app (Profile → Settings), or by emailing contact@kratzerco.app.

Safety

For urgent platform safety issues, email contact@kratzerco.app. In an emergency, call 000 (or your local emergency number) — Knockers is not an emergency service.
